Mahindra’s stylish electric car, the XUV400 EV, is set to debut in 2024, showcasing numerous new features. Among the updates is a remarkable addition: a 10.25-inch touchscreen infotainment system, a notable upgrade from the current 7.0-inch display. This enhancement will be exclusive to the higher variant, anticipated to be priced at Rs 19.5 lakh ex-showroom. Currently, the base model of this sleek car is offered at Rs 15.99 lakh ex-showroom.

Enhanced safety measures are also part of the upgrades. The new Mahindra XUV400 EV will feature Apple CarPlay and Android Auto compatibility. The 2024 model is set to include an advanced driver assistance system and a 360-degree camera for enhanced safety measures, augmenting the vehicle’s ability to detect people or objects around it and alert the driver to prevent road accidents. The top model of the Mahindra XUV400 EV will retail at Rs 19.39 lakh ex-showroom.

Additionally, the driving range of this electric car is noteworthy. Presently, the EC trim available in the market offers a 34.5 kWh battery setup, delivering an impressive driving range of 375 km when fully charged, supported by a 3.2 kW charger. Conversely, the EL trim boasts a 39.4 kWh battery pack, providing a remarkable 456 km driving range on a single charge and a charging capacity of 7.2 kW. The Mahindra XUV400 features a 150 hp electric motor and competes in the market against cars like the Hyundai Kona Electric and MG ZS EV.

The recently introduced updated version of the Mahindra XUV400 EV offers a choice between 5 monotone and 5 dual-tone colors. This five-seater vehicle offers a capacious 378-liter boot space. When utilizing a fast charger, it reaches an 80 percent charge in just 50 minutes.
