The bike was offered in three colors – Ebony Black with red decals, Ebony Black with blue decals and Ebony Black with green decals. For power, the commuter bike uses an air-cooled 124.4cc engine that is good enough for 10.9bhp and 11Nm. It comes with a 5-speed gearbox.

The suspension setup of the Bajaj CT 125X includes a telescopic fork at the front and dual shock absorbers at the rear. It gets CBS (combined braking system) as standard. The front suspension unit has stylish bellows.
