New Delhi: On the occasion of Diwali, TVS Motors on Wednesday launched the updated version of TVS Raider 125. The bike has 17-inch alloy wheels, telescopic forks, monoshock, petal-type disc up front and drum brakes at the rear.
Raider has been combined with new age technology. It will get Bluetooth connectivity, turn-by-turn navigation, call alerts, message notifications and music control. While a 5-inch TFT instrument cluster is available which can be paired with the smartphone. TVS Raider 125 will get a 10-litre fuel tank.

SmartXonect Bluetooth-Based Connectivity
The updated Raider also comes up with various technical upgrades including a new digital instrument cluster with TVS SmartXonect Bluetooth-based connectivity technology. The current model is priced at Rs 93.489 (ex-showroom, Delhi), while the new bike is priced at Rs 99,999.
TVS Raider 125 will be available in two colors Black and Yellow. For the first time in the world a two wheeler is introduced in the metaverse. Running in multiple ride mode, TVS claimes that the bike picks up 0-60 kmph speed in just 5.9 seconds.

The bikes in the competition
TVS Raider 125 will compete with Hero Glamor, Honda Shine and Bajaj CT 125X. Its engine produces 11.2 bhp power and 11.2 Nm torque and is mated to a five-speed gearbox. It includes a 124.8cc single-cylinder engine.
