New Delhi: An outrageous group of pro-Khalistani supporters attacked the Indian Consulate in San Fransisco to protest the removal of Khalistani flag from the building. The vandalism took place after Khalistani supporters attempted to take down the Tricolor from the building of the High Commission of India in London. A video of the incident has been taking round on the internet in which showed the group barging into the premises, breaking down the gate. In the video, a man was seen hitting door with sword while others were damaging the building's properties. In the video, the pro-Khalistani elements can be observed hailing flags of the sepratist group. The protestors also defaced the building's wall with a graffitti saying, ‘#FREEAmritPal.’ In similar incident in London on Sunday, followers of Amritpal Singh tried to remove Tricolor from the Indian High Commission building where they staged a protest demanding to free the sepratist leader. The community demonstrated with the placards saying "Bharat Humara Swabhiman Hai (Inida is our self-respect)." At present, Amritpal Singh is a self-styled Sikh preacher who is on run and has been declared a fugitive by the Punjab Police. As per official sources, Singh was in close links with terrorist outfit ISI.
