New Delhi: A a stern warning to Russia, US has issued a statement which reads as “there will be consequences if Russia uses Nukes against Ukraine”.

The statement after Russian President Vladimir Putin ordered “partial movement” of the armed forces. Through this order, he will send nearly 3 lakh Russian soldiers to Ukraine in “the special military operation”.
