Former CEO Parag Agrawal and three other high-ranking Twitter executives are taking legal action against Elon Musk, the current CEO of Twitter, for alleged unpaid severance payments totaling $128 million. The lawsuit stems from Musk’s controversial decision to withhold around $200 million in severance payments from the executives when he acquired the social media giant in a $44 billion deal in 2022.
