 "You need to wash your face with hot water to open up your pores."   Fact: Hot water can actually strip your skin of its natural oils and lead to dryness.

"You don't need sunscreen on cloudy days."   Fact: UV rays can penetrate clouds, so it's important to wear sunscreen every day

  "Using more skincare products will give better results."   Fact: Using too many products can overwhelm your skin and cause irritation.

Myth No.4

  "Oily skin doesn't need moisturizer."   Fact: Even oily skin needs hydration. Opt for lightweight, oil-free moisturizers

"Exfoliating every day is good for your skin."   Fact: Over-exfoliating can damage your skin's protective barrier and lead to irritation.

Myth No.6

  "Natural skincare products are always better." Fact: Look for products with effective ingredients, regardless of whether they're natural or synthetic.

 "You can shrink your pores." Fact: keeping your skin clean and using products with salicylic acid or retinol can help minimize their appearance.
