The competitors are judged not only for their wrestling skills but also for their fancy dress and entertainment value, the report added.

Pub’s manager Carol Lowe explained that the competition is ‘messy’ and said, “Basically, people come in fancy dress – men and ladies – and then they wrestle in gravy and get eliminated as the day goes on.”

The viral clip, which was uploaded 20 hrs ago, has garnered over 80,000 views by now.
