Since Moo Deng’s birth in July, she has single-handedly drawn a huge crowd to the zoo, significantly becoming a viral sensation both offline and online. However, as many visitors flocked to catch a glimpse of her, the zoo authorities limited her public appearances to just five minutes on weekends. According to reports, her viral fame comes from her videos posted on TikTok. Moo Deng’s name which means “bouncy pig,” was voted in by more than 20,000 people through an online poll.

However, Moo Deng is not the only animal to predict an election outcome. Earlier, animals like Joy (Dog) and Gnocchi Jr (Squirrel) made similar predictions for US elections. Joy chose Trump while Gnocchi picked Harris for the win.
