A lot of Indian youngsters have dreamed of getting into IIM and getting a lucrative job in the United States thereafter. But, ambition is not the same for everyone. Like content creator Vikas Yadav, who left high paying job (Salary of more than 1 crore) in the US to come back to India so that he can pursue his acting ambitions.
However, the 30-year-old Yadav established himself as a popular content creator before making his way toward Bollywood. With his amusing videos, he earned 2.5 lakh followers on Instagram.
In an interview with Indian Express, he told that he was always inclined towards acting and even did a four-month theatre workshop at Shri Ram Centre for Performing Arts in 2015. He further said that he acted in a play based on Vijay Tendulkar’s Khamosh Adalat Jaari Hai.
Yadav said that his parents were insecure about his choice so he continued his focus on studies. However, Vikas decided to pursue his aspirations after his wife backed his decision.
He further told that he came from a middle-class family, and his father was a government employee.
Yadav said that his company gave him the option of joining back in India as they have currently placed him on a six-month sabbatical. However, he is not intended to do 9-5 job anymore.
Vikas had completed his engineering bachelor’s degree from a Delhi college and then went to IIM to pursue management.
