Chennai: The bikers perform a dangerous stunt while Greater City Police placed checkpoints at multiple locations at night. However, at the same time bike racer refuse to stop and speed away from the checkpoint.
The incident occurred near the DMK headquarters, at the renowned Teynampet signal.
Police officers were seen on tape chasing the racing motorcycles in an attempt to apprehend them, but the group escaped. The video has gone viral on social media, with many people expressing their outrage at the riders’ dangerous behaviour.
Illegal motorbike racing is becoming an increasing worry for commuters in Chennai, with Greater City Police struggling to put an end to the risky bike antics. Despite many restrictions, the racers continue to endanger public safety.
