A chip business sent a truckload of chips to a 10-year-old girl in Edinburgh, Scotland. She received all these chips for free from the chip manufacturer Taylor Snacks. This Grace girl actually had a strong taste for a specific kind of chip from the brand. The company has since abruptly stopped producing this flavor, which was limited to the summer. The corporation intended to sell this flavour only in the winter. After going to several stores in search of them and not finding these chips, the girl considered coming up with a fix.

The girl wrote a letter directly to James Taylor, managing director of Taylor’s Snacks, and told how she and her families like their Mackie’s Haggis and Black Pepper flavour. The girl wrote in a letter – “Dear Taylor Crisps and James Taylor, I like Mackie’s Haggis Crisps. I would love it if you put it on the market all year round and not during specific seasons. Because i like it and my family too. I hope it can come all year round. If you do this then thank you and if not then I will be sad”.
At the conclusion, the girl pasted stickers, wrote her name, and included the location. James Taylor was moved by the letter and responded by putting the chips on the market for a full year and sending Grace a truckload of them. She also got a travel package from the company that makes the chips.
Taylor said- When Grace’s letter arrived on my desk, I was amazed by her enthusiasm. Later Our customers told us a lot of people were missing their favorite haggis and black pepper snacks. We love that people took the time to tell us how much they miss this taste.
