The Nubia Flip 5G foldable smartphone, which was first unveiled in February at the Mobile World Congress 2024 (MWC) event in Barcelona, was launched globally on April 9, 2024. Powering the smartphone is the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 chipset. Furthermore, it features a 6.9-inch OLED primary display and a 4,310mAh battery with 33W fast charging support. The Nubia Flip 5G is a more affordable option as compared to other vertically foldable phones like the Motorola Razr 40 Ultra, Tecno Phantom V Flip 5G, Samsung Galaxy Z Flip 5, and Oppo Find N3 Flip. Nubia Flip 5G Specifications
The Nubia Flip 5G has a 6.9-inch Full HD+ internal OLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate and a resolution of 1188 x 2790 pixels. The 1.43-inch OLED cover display has a 466 x 466 pixels resolution and is housed in a round camera module.
It comes with a Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 SoC and offers up to 12GB of RAM and up to 512GB of onboard storage. The Nubia Flip 5G hinge, suspended on dual rails, is capable of supporting more than 200,000 unfolds.

The Nubia Flip 5G gets a 4,310mAh battery with support for 33W wired fast charging. The phone comes packed with a USB Type-C charging cable and adapter. It supports NFC connectivity, 5G, Bluetooth 5.2, Wi-Fi, and GPS. For security purposes, the phone also comes with a side-mounted fingerprint sensor. The Nubia Flip 5G measures 170mm x 75.5mm x 7mm and weighs 209g, when unfolded.

Nubia Flip 5G’s 8GB+256GB variant costs CNY 2,999 (around Rs 34,500) in China, while the 12GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB models are available with a price tag of CNY 3,299 (around Rs 38,000) and CNY 3,699 (around Rs 42,600), respectively.
The smartphone is only offered in 8GB+256GB and 12GB+512GB configurations Globally and is priced at $499 (around Rs 41,500) and $699 (around Rs 58,200), respectively. The Nubia Flip 5G is currently available for pre-order in China and around the world, while sales begin April 23.
Outside of China, Nubia Flip 5G is available in Vietnam, United States, Saudi Arabia, United Arab Emirates, Qatar, Thailand, Singapore, Chile, Pakistan, Australia, New Zealand, Malaysia, Philippines, Hong Kong SAR, Egypt, Indonesia, Israel, and Kuwait.
The smartphone is offered in three colour options: Flowing Lilac, Cosmic Black, and Sunshine Gold.
