New Delhi: HP Inc., a PC and printer tech behemoth, unveiled a new line of LaserJet printers with sustainable TerraJet toner that delivers up to 27% less energy use and 78% less plastic packaging on Wednesday.
According to the brand, HP TerraJet cartridges have a lower carbon footprint than their predecessor products and are integrated in new printing solutions ranging from small business to large enterprise.
The HP Colour LaserJet 4200/4300, as well as the HP Colour LaserJet Enterprise 5000/6000 and X500/X600 printing solutions, are aimed at enterprises of all sizes and will be available soon.
Customers can empower their teams with technology that increases productivity by 25% with 25% faster print rates.
According to Xavier Garcia, Global Head and General Manager of Office Print Hardware at HP, the Color LaserJet 4000 series was developed for small businesses to maximise productivity through easy, reliable, and professional printing. Our Colour LaserJet Enterprise 5000/6000 is now ready to allow productivity and scale as our customers grow.

Presently, half of the small businesses struggle to handle technology in a hybrid workplace, and 91% rely on printed documents to operate their operations.
According to HP, the HP Colour LaserJet Enterprise 5000/6000 and X500/X600 are designed for reimagined offices and give the the productivity and efficiency of an A3 copier at the cost of an A4 printer.
The printers provide faster and smoother digitisation with the use of HP EveryPage with Reverse and Retry, which improves document integrity by never missing a scanned page and decreasing misfeeds with auto-recovery.
