New Delhi: Meg Lanning’s Delhi Capitals (DC) will lock horns with Smriti Mandhana’s struggling Royal Challengers Bangalore (RCB) in the Women’s Premier League (WPL) clash on Monday at DY Patil Stadium in Navi Mumbai.

RCB have tried everything in the tournament, altering combinations, batting order and bowling change-ups. But all their efforts turned into dust, and they still don’t have points to show for it. Nothing seems to have clicked for the Smriti Mandhana-led team.

Meg Lanning is leading DC from the front, she is the most successful batter in the inaugural WPL. Lanning also got support from her fellow opener Shafali Verma. With three wins in the last four matches played, DC’s only loss came against Mumbai Indians.
