The biggest football transfer saga that has been the doing rounds on the internet is finally coming to its culmination as PSG star Kylian Mbappe is all set to play for Spanish outfits Real Madrid next season.

According to reports, Kylian Mbappe has decided to shift base from France to Spain and will sign for the record Champions League winners.

With the French forward ditching out Real Madrid at the last minute during last summer’s transfer window, Real Madrid fans were unhappy with the forward’s decision to reject a move to play at the Santiago Bernabeu.

Kylian Mbappe is often criticised for his decision to play in France for such a long period of time and not compete among the highest levels of football.

Mbappe is playing his 5th season in the French Ligue 1 with the forward having already won 4 titles with PSG.

Considered as the prime future contender for the FIFA Ballon d’Or, Mbappe will have to compete at the highest level in a team capable of winning all major trophies in football. Real Madrid is the perfect platform for Mbappe to showcase his abilities in top flight football and follow his idol Cristiano Ronaldo’s footsteps to become the best player in the world.

Many fans have reacted to the sources and were delighted to see Mbappe agreeing for a move to the Spanish capital. However, with the most famous football journalist Fabrizio Romano still quiet about the rumours, many fans are still not celebrating the move just yet.
