The company also released some methods users can use for better recovery. This includes red light therapy, change in alcohol habits and many other things.
The body gets tired after any workout. An athlete requires some time for the recovery in order to produce consistent performances.
According to WHOOP, for better recovery people should take ice baths and stay away from alcohol.
Apart from this, red light therapy is also used. The company said that stress also has an adverse effect on recovery. Due to stress, recovery of an athlete can be delayed to some extent.
The company also said that people are not focusing on getting sufficient sleep which is one of the most helpful ways to improve recovery.
