With the 17th edition of the Indian Premier League (IPL 2024) going in full force in India, fans from across the nation have been flocking to stadiums to see their cricketing heroes from all around the world play in the cash-rich league.

However, some players are a class apart and have become a household name in the country. Players like Virat Kohli and MS Dhoni have got the biggest cheers for them when they take the pitch and have broken the record for decibel levels in the tournament.

Here are the loudest cheers players have got in IPL 2024 – 

5. Rohit Sharma: 124 Db (vs GT)

Team India skipper Rohit Sharma got the a huge cheer when took the pitch against last year’s finalists Gujarat Titans.

4. MS Dhoni: 126 Db (vs KKR)

Former CSK skipper MS Dhoni has been getting a loud cheer wherever he goes to play this season. The decibel levels reached at 126 Db when he took the pitch against Kolkata Knight Riders

3. Virat Kohli: 126 Db (vs RR)

It was Team India star batter Virat Kohli which lifted the crowd at the Sawai Mansingh Stadium as the decibel levels reached 126 Db for the RCB batter.

2. MS Dhoni: 128 Db (vs DC)

It was MS Dhoni again who made fans go to the next level in terms of cheers as the decibel levels at Vishakhapatnam reached to a record 128 Db on the night.

 1. Rohit Sharma: 129 Db (vs RCB)

The number one spot has been taken by none other than Team India captain Rohit Sharma as his 2nd six against Royal Challengers Bengaluru had the crowd crazy. The decibel levels for the six broke MS Dhoni’s record, going to an unbelievable 129 Db on the night.
