Hardik Pandya, serving as captain for two seasons with Gujarat Titans, led the team to a title win and secured a runner-up position in another. Shubman Gill was roped in by Gujarat Titans in 2022 with a hefty price tag of Rs 8 crores. He has been an integral part of the team for the past two seasons. In 2022, Gill played a total of 16 matches, scoring 384 runs at an average of 34.50, with a strike rate of 132.33.
During the 2023 season, Gill played 17 matches, accumulating 890 runs at an impressive average of 59.33 and a striking rate of 157.80. His performance included three centuries and four half-centuries.
