KKR or SRH? Who Will Take The Throne?
Both captains Shreyas Iyer and Pat Cummins would be looking forward to putting their best foot forward in the finale. KKR have already defeated the SunRisers earlier in the playoffs which got them straight to the final. However, SRh will come prepared and would have learned from their mistakes from qualifier 1.
Having won the toss on the big night, skipper Pat Cummins chose to bat first and would hope that the formidable opening duo of Travis Head and Abhishek Sharma produce the goods once again on the night where their team needs them the most.
With Travis Head being dismissed on a duck against KKR courtesy of his Aussie teammate Mitchell Starc in their previous meeting, it will be interesting to see how Head tackles Starc in the final.
Kolkata has had a really good season both with bat and ball this year. Their bowling catches the eye as they have several bowlers who can produce brilliant spells, including spinners and pacers.
