IND vs ENG: Team India has announced squad for the T20I series against England. Mohammed Shami has got a place in the team. The team is led by Suryakumar Yadav. Shami is returning to the team after almost 2 years. Rishabh Pant has not got a chance for the T20 series against England.

Mohammed Shami is making a comeback for the first time after the World Cup 2023. After recovering from injury, he was seen playing in the Ranji Trophy and T20 Syed Mushtaq Ali Trophy. Apart from this, he is currently playing in the Vijay Hazare Trophy. He was not selected for the Australia tour due to swelling in his knee.

Dhruv Jurel Got A Chance

Rishabh Pant has not got a place in the team. Dhruv Jurel has been selected as the second wicketkeeper in the team. In-form Sanju Samson will be the first choice as wicketkeeper-batsman. Rishabh Pant has not got a place. Apart from this, Gill has also not got a chance. Nitish Kumar Reddy, who performed well in Australia, has also been included in the T20 team. Riyan Parag has not got a chance in the team due to injury.
