Birmingham: In a sport that India is debuting in this Commonwealth Games, Women in Blue are roaring their way to success. Another success has been marked in Lawn Bowl as Indian women wins Round 1 of the Women’s Triples.

Earlier on Monday, the team of four women had booked themselves a CWG2022 medal when they defeated New Zealand in semi-finals. They will now face South Africa in the finals.

The trio of Pinki, Taniya Choudhary and Rupa Rani Tirkey will now fight against England at 8:45PM.

In the Women’s pair, the duo of Lovely Choubey and Nayanmoni Saikia lost their Round 1 to New Zealand and will now be playing their Round 2 against Niue on August 3 at 1:00 PM.
