Adelaide: Bangladesh is locking horns with Pakistan in one of the most significant games oft he ongoing T20 World Cup 2022. After choosing to bat first, Bangladesh couldn’t put a big score against Pakistan after the havoc of Shaheen Shah Afridi and Shadab Khan.

The dismissal of Bangladesh captain Shakib Al Hasan has created controversy on social media after Shadab Khan LBW him in the 6th over.

As soon as the ball hit the feet of Hasan, a huge appeal was made by Pakistan and on-field umpire gave a clear out. Shakib Al Hasan was quick to take a review and however, DRS showed that there was some connection with the bat but the on-field umpire’s decision was upheld.

 Shaheen Shah Afridi – Hero of the game for Pakistan

Shaheen Shah Afridi became the hero of the innings as he took 4 wickets one after another to restrict Bangladesh as 127 runs. The young pacer opened the account of wickets Pakistan by dismissing the most dangerous player Litton Das for just 10 runs in the third over. Shadab Khan then took the responsibility on his shoulders and dismissed two of the players in the 11th overs.

Shaheen Shah Afridi went on to take three more wickets in the 17th and 19th overs. Second victim of Afridi was Mosaddek Hossain for 5 runs, followed by Nurul Hasan for zero.
