Adelaide: Pakistan pacer Shaheen Shah Afridi couldn’t do much in the ongoing T20 World Cup 2022. But today is the most crucial game for the side and Shaheen Shah Afridi has managed to contribute with all his skills.

Afridi became the hero of the innings as he took 4 wickets one after another to restrict Bangladesh as 127 runs. The young pacer opened the account of wickets Pakistan by dismissing the most dangerous player Litton Das for just 10 runs in the third over.

Shadab Khan then took the responsibility on his shoulders and dismissed two of the players in the 11th overs.

Shaheen Shah Afridi went on to take three more wickets in the 17th and 19th overs. Second victim of Afridi was Mosaddek Hossain for 5 runs, followed by Nurul Hasan for zero.

ICC T20 World Cup 2022 Group 2 Points Table 

Pakistan will now chase the score of 128 runs to fight for their chances in the semi-finals. Earlier today, Netherlands defeated South Africa by 13 runs to clear India’s way to the semis while the fate of both teams, Bangladesh and Pakistan depends on their game itself. Whoever will this game will reach the semi-finals of the tournament.
