India Vs Pakistan: Amid the ongoing tussle between India-Pakistan over participation of teams in Asia Cup and ODI World Cup, International cricket Council (ICC) on Saturday said that Pakistan Cricket Board confirmed that its cricket team will travel to India For ODI World CUP. 

Recently, Pakistan Cricket Board (PCB) chairman Najam Sethi had given a statement saying that if India rejects his proposal or the hosting of the Asia Cup is snatched from Pakistan, then he will not send his team to India for the ODI World Cup

According to media reports, the PCB has confirmed to the ICC that the Pakistan team will tour India for the ODI World Cup. Pakistan’s local media described this decision of PCB as ‘100% true’.

Meanwhile, it has also come to light that the BCCI’s Special General Meeting (SGM) to be held on May 27 is expected to take an official decision on the World Cup 2023. The schedule and venue of the ODI World Cup are also expected to be known on this day.

According to reports, the ODI World Cup is likely to start from October 5 and end on November 19. BCCI has selected 12 cities for this. The opener and final may be held in Ahmedabad. Due to its 1 lakh plus capacity BCCI can organize IND vs PAK match in Ahmedabad.
