Melbourne: Pakistan is squaring off against England in T20 World Cup final but they have’t had one of the their best day. England chose to bowl first and their bowlers have created havoc against Pakistan in MCG.
Pakistan, who chased the target of 153 against New Zealand with ease in semi-finals, has struggled to come close to that. Babar Azam-led team put 137 runs against England.
Many of their batters have returned for a single digital score as English bowlers show brilliant attack.
Mohammad Rizwan and Babar Azam opened for Pakistan and garnered 29 runs for the first wicket. Rizwan, however made some mistakes in the start but overcame them and made 15 runs. The 21-year-old English player Sam Curran ended his run with a brilliant ball that hit his stumps on the 2 ball of the 5th over.

Iftikhar Ahmed had the worst day as he returned for zero after playing six ball in 13 over by Ben Stokes. Pakistan had lost half of their team for less than hundred runs.
English bowlers tightened their choke even further when the lower-middle order came on field. Only Shadad Khan managed to face English bowlers for almost 2 overs and made 20 runs in the late half of the game. The tail enders scored less than 10 runs.
All the efforts of Pakistan batters could only mutter 137 runs for English side in the summit clash of T20 World Cup.
