Mumbai Indians ended their losing streak and defeated Delhi Capitals by 12 runs at Arun Jaitley Stadium, Delhi. MI pulled the game back from jaws of defeat and stunned Delhi, DC had put up a strong target of 206 and till the 15th over of the game in second innings they maintained their dominance. Chasing a target of 206, DC started on a high-note with Karun Nair taking the charge as he slammed 89 off 40 balls.

“It feels good that the hard work I have put it, now whenever I get the chance I want to make the most of it. I just want to focus on my process and the rest is not in my hands. Karun Nair Scores Solid 89
There was also a heated situation between him and Jasprit Bumrah but that didn’t distract Nair and he kept on punishing Mumbai bowlers with his power-hitting. He also put up a 119-run partnership with Abhishek Porel but he lost his wicket while trying to play a big-shot at the score of 89.
