Why Is Pakistan’s Name On The Indian Team’s Jersey?
According to the rules, the name of the host country is written on the jersey of all the teams in every ICC tournament. Pakistan is hosting the Champions Trophy 2025 and hence it was necessary to have Pakistan’s name on every team’s jersey. When the Indian team’s jersey was first launched, Pakistan’s name was not on it, due to which very sharp reactions were seen in Pakistan.
But now when BCCI has revealed the new jersey of the Indian team, the name of Pakistan is printed on it, which the Indian cricket fans do not like and are constantly giving their reactions on social media regarding this.

All Matches Of India Will Be Held In Dubai
India had refused to go to Pakistan for the Champions Trophy. After which Dubai was chosen as the neutral venue for the Indian team. Team India will play all its matches in Dubai. India has to play against Bangladesh on 20 February, Pakistan on 23 February and New Zealand on 2 March. If the Indian team reaches the semi-finals or finals, then those matches will also be held in Dubai.
