Balasana

How to do balasana

To do this asana, you first sit on the mat pat knees, the way you sit in Vajrasana. To do this easy, you lift both your hands upwards and then bend forward so much that your forehead touches the ground. Keep the hands forward and stay in this position for some time. Pranayama

Bridge pose

To do this easy, first of all, lie on your back on the mat and bend your knees. Keep in mind that your knees and feet should remain in a straight line and there should be a slight gap between the two. Now while breathing, lift the lower, middle, and upper part of your back from the ground. When you do this, lift your body upwards but keep your hands on the mat. Now without moving the chin touch your chest. While you are doing this, keep the lower part of the body stable. Hold your breath for a while and then come back to a normal position. When you do this simple regularly, it gives you relief from the problem of headache.
