Veg Malai Sandwich: Ingredients

  • Bread – 4
  • Onion – 1
  • Carrot – 1 small
  • Cream – 1 cup
  • Capsicum – half cup
  • Tomato – 1 cut into slices
  • Coriander leaves – one tablespoon
  • Cabbage – half cup
  • salt – to taste
  • Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Green chili – 1 chopped

Recipe

  • To make veg sandwich, first of all finely chop all the vegetables.
  • After this, slice the tomato round and if you want, you can also add sweet corn to it.
  • Now put all these vegetables in a bowl and then add cream too.
  • Now mix all these things well and then add salt and black pepper powder to it.
  • Now mix all these things well, your stuffing for sandwich is ready.
  • Now take a slice of bread and pour this prepared mixture over it, and spread it.
  • Now place the other slice over it and press it well.
  • After this you grill it, if you have a griller then it is okay, otherwise you can also roast it on a griddle.
  • If you want, you can eat it like this without grilling it.
