Veg Cutlet Recipe: Ingredients
- 2 boiled potatoes
- ½ cup peas
- 1/2 cup carrots
- ½ cup french beans
- 1/2 cup beetroot
- 10 to 12 garlic
- 3 tbsp flour
- 1 onion
- 4 green chilies
- ½ cup breadcrumbs
- 1/4 cup coriander leaves
- 1 inch finely chopped ginger
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp coriander powder
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder
- 1 tsp garam masala
- 2 teaspoons lemon juice
- salt to taste

Method
- Firstly, cook the peas, beans, beetroot and carrot well in a pressure cooker. For this add
- 1 cup of water and a little salt and apply a whistle.
- On the other hand, keeping a pan on the gas, put some oil in it and fry the onion. After this, fry green chilies and finely chopped ginger-garlic for a while.
- After this, fry the boiled vegetables along with onions. Mix chili powder, coriander leaves, turmeric and salt in it and fry for some time. Now put breadcrumbs in it and smash them well.
- Finally, add lemon juice, coriander leaves and garam masala, mix well and turn off the gas. Now take it out in a plate and cool it.
- After this, make small balls and prepare it in the design of your choice. If you have a plate with a heart shape, then you can also make a design using it.
- Heat enough oil for frying in a pan on the gas. Now coat the tikki prepared in the design with dry flour and fry one by one on a low flame. Cook all the tikkis in this way and then the veg cutlet will be ready, which you can serve.
