- 15- Potatoes (small ones)
- 1 cup – thick curd
- 1/2 tsp – Coriander powder
- 1 tsp – red chili powder
- 1 tsp – Ginger-garlic paste
- 1 tsp – green chili paste
- 1/2 tsp-roasted cumin powder
- 1/4 tsp – turmeric powder
- 1 tsp – Garam masala powder
- 1 spoon – gram flour
- to taste – salt
- 1 spoon – sour cream
- 1 tsp – chaat masala powder
- 1 tsp – Lemon juice
- 1 tsp – Kasuri fenugreek
- 1/4 tsp – celery
- 2 tbsp – spoon oil

Recipe
- To make Tandoori Aloo Tikka, first wash and peel all the potatoes.
- Now with the help of a fork, make many holes in it, so that all the spices go inside.
- After this, take curd in a big bowl and mix all the spices in it.
- After this keep this mixture aside for 5 to 10 minutes.
- Now put all the potatoes and lentils in this mixture and mix it well.
- Now leave them like this for about 15 minutes.
- Due to this, all the flavor of the spices will go well inside the potatoes, due to which their taste will not fade.
- Now preheat the baking dish in advance and so that the potatoes get cooked quickly.
- Keep in mind that grease the baking dish with oil beforehand.
- Now put the spiced potatoes in this baking dish, mix all the spices in the same.
- After this, let the potatoes cook at 180 temperature for about 10-15 minutes.
- Check once with the help of a stick whether the potatoes are cooked or not. If cooked, take them out.
