Rooh Afza (5 tsp)
Sugar (2 tsp)
Milk (1/2 cup)

One of the easiest and tastiest summer drinks is Dahi Ka Rooh Afza. Take a bowl to make it. Add 250 grams curd to it and whisk it with the help of a spoon. After this add sugar as per taste and mix it well. After this add milk and Rooh Afza to it and mix it well.
In this way curd Rooh Afza will be ready. After this, keep the Dahi Rooh Afza in the fridge to cool down. After a while take out the drink from the freeze and serve it in a glass. Serve by pouring ice and Rooh Afza on top.
