Suji Manchurian Recipe: Ingredients
Semolina – 1 bowl
Turmeric – 1 pinch
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
Onion – 1
Capsicum – 1/2
Oil
salt – as per taste

Tomato Sauce – 2 tsp
Soya sauce – 1 tsp
Schezwan Chutney – 2 tsp
Onion – 2
Capsicum – 1
Green chili – 2
Arrowroot – 1 tsp
Black pepper powder – 1/2 tsp
Garlic finely chopped – 5 cloves
Red chili powder – 1/2 tsp
salt – as per taste

Semolina Manchurian Recipe
- When you are going to make Manchurian, for that you have to prepare Manchurian balls first.
- For this, cut onion and capsicum into small pieces.
- After this, heat oil in a pan and add onion and capsicum and fry it.
- At this time, keep the gas flame low, otherwise the masala may burn.
- When the onion and capsicum become soft, add turmeric, red chili and a little salt to it and mix.
- When the masala is cooked well, add semolina to it and mix and fry the mixture well.
- Now add water as required in the pan and cook this mixture well.
- After this, turn off the gas, and let the prepared mixture cool down.
- After that make small and round balls of the prepared mixture.
- Now heat the oil for frying these balls.
- After this, you fry these prepared balls till they turn golden brown.
- Your dry Manchurian is ready, after that you are ready to make gravy.
- To make Manchurian gravy, heat oil in a pan.
- Now add finely chopped onions, garlic, capsicum, green chillies and fry for 3-4 minutes.
- After the vegetables become soft, add black pepper powder, red chili powder and all the sauces and chutneys and mix.
- After stirring the gravy for some time, add arrowroot water and cook it.
- When the gravy starts boiling, put the prepared dry Manchurian balls in it.
- Now mix them well and cook for 2-3 more minutes.
