Soyabean Chilli Recipe: Ingredients
- 1 cup soybean
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 chopped green chillies
- 1 chopped capsicum
- 1 chopped tomato
- 1 chopped carrot
- Oil
- 2 teaspoons vinegar
- 1 tsp cumin
- 2 tbsp curd
- 2 tbsp soya sauce
- 2 tbsp maize flour
- half teaspoon of black pepper
- Salt to taste
- ½ cup chopped green onions
- 2 tbsp green chilli sauce
- 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
- 2 tsp finely chopped coriander leaves
Recipe
- First of all, put water and a little salt in a pan and heat it. Boil soybeans in this for 2 to 3 minutes. After this, turn off the gas and when the water cools down, squeeze out the soybeans and then keep them aside.
- On the other hand, wash and chop onion, tomato and capsicum. After this wash and chop green onions and green chillies. Put all in a bowl and mix curd and whisk well. Add soya sauce, tomato sauce, ginger-garlic paste, black pepper, corn flour and a little salt to it.
- After this, heat the oil in a pan and fry the soybeans in it. Fry the soybeans and take them out on a separate plate on one side. After this again add some oil to the pan. Add some cumin seeds to it. After this add onion, tomato and capsicum mixture. Also, add boiled carrots and fry them. Now add vinegar to it and cover it.
- After cooking well, add fried soybeans to it and cook again for a while. In this way, delicious soyabean chilli will be prepared. You can serve it to kids while garnishing it.
