Dry fruits are also used in making this chutney, due to which this chutney becomes even more tasty and healthy. You can also eat this chutney with Dahi Bhalla. Saunth Chutney: Ingredients
- Jaggery – 250 grams
- 50 grams – tamarind
- 1 tsp- salt
- 1 tsp – red chili powder
- 1 tsp- dry ginger powder
- 1 tsp – roasted cumin
- 1/2 bowl – dry fruits
- 1- glass of water

Recipe
- To make dry ginger chutney, first soak tamarind in hot water.
- When the tamarind becomes soft, take out its seeds and take out the pulp separately.
- After this add tamarind and all the spices and grind them coarsely.
- Now cut the jaggery into small pieces and heat one and a half glass of water in a pan.
- Now put jaggery in this hot water and leave it to cook.
- When the jaggery melts, add dry fruits to it and mix and let it cook for 5 minutes.
- When the jaggery syrup becomes slightly thick, then add salt, red chili powder, dry ginger powder, ground cumin and tamarind paste and mix it well.
- Your tamarind chutney is ready, now you can eat it with snacks or even with roti paratha.
