Sandwich Recipe: Ingredients

  • Bread (4 slices)
  • Boiled Peas (1/4 cup)
  • Potato (1 large boiled)
  • Onion (1 small)
  • Green Chutney (2 tbsp)
  • Tomato ketchup (2 tbsp)
  • Chaat masala (1/2 tsp)
  • Black pepper (1/4 tsp)
  • Garam Masala Powder (1/4 tsp)
  • Red chili powder (1/2 tsp)
  • salt as needed

Aloo Masala Sandwich Recipe

To make potato sandwich, first prepare potato paste. For this, mix boiled peas, chopped onions, chaat masala, red chili powder, black pepper powder, garam masala, salt as per taste in a bowl.

To make a sandwich, spread 1 tbsp of ketchup on a slice of bread. Spread 1 teaspoon of mint chutney on the second bread slice.

After this, spread the prepared potato paste on a slice of bread. After this, put the second slice on it and press it.

Cook the sandwich in a sandwich maker or on a griddle on the gas till it turns red in color from both the sides. In this way spicy potato sandwich will be ready. Now you can serve the sandwich with tea or coffee.
