Prepare spinach paneer pakoras in evening snacks, Learn recipe here
Pakoda Recipe: It is known to everyone that both spinach and paneer are very good for health. In such a situation, those who are fond of eating spicy and oily food but are afraid to eat it due to health reasons, then prepare and eat spinach-paneer pakoras for themselves without any fear. It is very easy to make and so tasty to eat that whoever eats it just cannot stop their hands.
Spinach Paneer Pakodas: Ingredients
1/2 kg - Spinach
100 grams – Paneer
2 spoons - rice
4 spoons – gram flour
1 tsp – Red chilli powder
¼ tsp – turmeric powder
1 tsp – Ajwain
2 finely chopped green chillies
1 tsp – finely chopped ginger
2 spoons - green coriander
Salt to taste
Oil for frying
Spinach Paneer Pakodas: How to make?
First of all, finely chop the spinach and grate the paneer as well.
Now mix spinach and paneer in the bowl.
After this add gram flour, rice, red chilli, and turmeric to it.
Now add celery, green chillies, and ginger to it and mix everything.
After that add oil and salt as per taste.
Now mix all the ingredients well.
Keep in mind that the batter of the pakora should not be too thin.
After this apply oil on your hands and make small balls of the mixture.
Now heat the oil in a pan, and then put the prepared balls in it.
Now fry them by turning them, when they are golden from both sides.
When it turns brown, take it out on a plate.
Similarly, prepare all the pakodas.
If you have an air fryer, then it is better to use it.
For this, heat the air fryer at 180 degree Celsius for 5 minutes.
Now apply oil to the air fryer and put all the pakoras one by one in the air fryer.
After this, cook the pakoras for 10 minutes, and then take them out and see if they are cooked then it is okay.
But if the pakodas are not cooked properly then you can keep them again in the air fryer for 10 minutes.
That's all, your crunchy and healthy Spinach Paneer pakodas are ready.
Serve them hot with your favourite sauce.
