Potato Pancakes Recipe: Ingredients
- 2 potatoes
- Salt as needed
- 1 tbsp flour
- 2 tbsp oil

- First of all, to make Korean Potato Jeon, take potatoes and wash them well and grate them.
- Now take out the grated potatoes on a plate, add flour and salt to it and mix.
- After that, add grated potatoes to it.
- Now take a pan, and keep it to gurgle.
- When the pan becomes hot, add oil to it and spread it well.
- After that take a little of the prepared mixture, pour it into the pan and spread it in a round shape.
- Now fry the Korean Potato Jeon Pancakes till they turn golden brown from both sides.
