A manipulative strategy used by narcissists to entice their victims is known as “love bombing”; when they appear to be everything you’ve ever wanted, only to turn it back on you later on. First, they show their victim affection and gifts; later, they begin to abuse and gaslight them, leaving them unsure of what’s real. All of this is done as part of the plan to gain complete control.

1. You’re so sensitive

Because no one has the right to determine how another person is feeling and because it implies that the other does not appreciate or understand your emotions, it might cause self-doubt. If someone says this to you, it’s time to take a stand for yourself. 

2. You are not making any sense 

It could give a negative self-esteem. When you say this term about someone else, or when it is used to describe you, it indicates that the person is prioritizing their perspective. Additionally, it disrespects the beliefs of others.

3. You are so stupid and immature

If someone calls you stupid and immature, it’s a sign that they don’t think you’re smart enough to grasp things quickly, and instead of telling you what you’re doing wrong;  they insult you. Furthermore, if someone thinks they are the best and is not ready to accept you for who you are, they are calling you immature.

4. You’re overreacting

This phrase indicates that the person is attempting to minimize your feelings, control, or cast doubt on your capacity for feeling emotions. It makes an effort to convey that your feelings are unjustified and invalid.

5. You’re just being too difficult

If someone uses this phrase for you it means that they are talking about your behaviour. It makes you question your actions and sense of self.
