Papaya Pudding: Ingredients

  • Papaya (ripe) – 1
  • Milk – half a liter
  • Cardamom powder – 1/2 tsp
  • Chopped dry fruits – 1 tbsp
  • Desi ghee – 2 tbsp
  • Sugar – 1/2 cup

Method

  • First peel the papaya well and cut it into big pieces.
  • Now put ghee in a pan and heat it and put papaya pieces in hot ghee on medium flame.
  • Now stir them well and fry them for 5 minutes, they will start getting mashed in no time.
  • When the papaya is mashed well, then add milk to it.
  • Now cook it while stirring till the milk dries up well.
  • When the milk dries up well, add cardamom powder and sugar to it, and mix it well.
  • Now let the halwa cook for a minute, and then put all the dry fruits in it, and mix them all well.
  • Now your nutritious papaya pudding is ready.
  • You serve it hot and eat it.
