Paneer Korma: Many types of dishes can be made from paneer. Which looks very tasty to eat. Paneer is definitely made in every household and everyone likes it very much. Paneer Korma: Ingredients
- 200 g paneer
- 3 long chopped onions
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tsp butter
- 15 soaked cashews
- 1 bay leaf
- 1 piece cinnamon
- 4 cloves, 3 green cardamoms
- 1 black cardamom
- 1 tsp kasoori methi
- 2 green chilies
- 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
- ½ cup curd
- ½ tsp cumin
- ½ tsp red chili powder
- ½ tsp garam masala
- ¼ tsp cumin powder
- ¼ tsp turmeric powder
- 1 tsp coriander powder
- green coriander
- salt to taste

Recipe
- To make Paneer Korma, first of all pour oil in a pan.
- Now put paneer in this oil and deep fry it.
- When it turns light red, take it out and keep it in lukewarm water mixed with salt.
- Now put the onion in that oil, and brown it lightly.
- Now separate the onions and cool them a bit. When it cools down, put it in a mixer.
- Now make a smooth paste by adding soaked cashews and curd to it.
- After this, put butter in the pan, then add cumin, bay leaf, clove, cardamom and cinnamon and fry it.
- Now mix ginger garlic paste, turmeric coriander, red chili and cumin powder in the pan.
- After frying for some time, add onion, cashew and curd paste to it.
- Now add water to the pan and cover it, and cook for 2-3 minutes.
- When the masala releases the oil, add paneer, green chillies, garam masala, kasoori fenugreek and green coriander and mix.
- Now after cooking it for 2-3 minutes, turn off the gas.
- Your tasty paneer korma is ready.
- Now serve it hot and enjoy lunch or dinner.
