- First of all take a big bowl. Grate butter cottage cheese into it. After this add Kashmiri chili, garam masala, cumin powder, garlic-ginger paste, tomato sauce, dry mango powder, coriander leaves, salt as per taste and mix well. In this way the filling for paneer roll is ready.
- Now you have to take a bread, cut its edges and remove them. Then take the help of Blaine to make the bread thinner and longer. Knead the bread in the same way as you knead the roti. First apply some green chutney on it, after that spread the paneer mixture and make a roll.
- Moving forward, keep a pan on the gas, add light oil or ghee to it. Now put the bread rolls made in it. Cook on low flame till it turns golden in colour.
