That’s why today we are going to tell you such a trick to set curd, by which your curd will set quickly and the problems that occur in summer, like curd becoming sour or remaining thin, will not happen. Let us know what is the way to set curd quickly…
How to make hung curd at home
If you are also freezing curd in summer and it is not freezing, then you can freeze curd in this way. Due to this, neither the curd will leave water nor it will turn sour.
Most of all you have to take milk to make curd. (Keep in mind that the milk you are taking for setting curd should be thick)
On the other hand, if it happens that water is mixed in the milk you are using for curd, then for this you first put the milk in the pan and eliminate the water while stirring the milk.
Take a clay pot
After this, you have to take an earthen pot and put curd in it. After this you take curd and beat it well. Then put half a teaspoon of curd in an earthen pot to set the curd and spread it all over the pot.
Then leave it like this for ten minutes. After this let the milk cool down i.e. keep the milk slightly lukewarm. After this, add half a teaspoon of sourdough to the milk and mix it well in the whole milk. After this, slowly pour the milk into the pot. (Keep in mind that if you are not setting curd in an earthen vessel, then you should mix curd in milk itself.)
After that wrap it with foil paper. (Cover it) After this take a pressure cooker and pour about a glass of water in it and let it boil. Then as soon as the water starts boiling, put the earthen pot in it.
After this, close the lid of the cooker and remove its whistle. Then cook on this low flame for 10-15 minutes.
After this, take out the clay pot and let it cool down. Then you remove the foil paper from it and now your curd is ready fiercely. You can serve this.
