Mix Vegetable Pickle Recipe: Ingredients
Cabbage – 500 grams, Carrot – 500 grams, Radish – 500 grams, Green peas – 500 grams, Mustard oil – 100 grams, Asafoetida – 1 tablespoon, Mustard seeds – 1 tablespoon, Turmeric – 1 tablespoon, Yellow mustard – 1 Tbsp, Lemon juice – 2 tsp, Sugar – 2 tsp
Method
To make the mixed vegetable pickle, first you have to wash all the vegetables properly. After this, cut these vegetables into small size, which will be easy to eat. After this, put all the vegetables in water and boil them and then dry these vegetables on a clean cloth. When you feel that all the vegetables have drained out of water or have completely dried up, then heat mustard oil in a pan and then add the vegetables to the oil.
After this, mix all the spices like cumin, asafoetida, red chili powder, mustard, turmeric, yellow mustard, lemon juice, sugar and salt as per taste. Put the pickle in a glass or plastic jar and keep it in the sun and stir it at least twice a day, so that it mixes well. After this you can serve it to eat.
