Masala Sikanji: Ingredients
- 3 tsp black salt
- 2 tsp cumin
- 1 tsp fennel
- 1 tsp black pepper
- 1 tsp cardamom
- 2 inch cinnamon stick
- ½ cup powdered sugar

Recipe
- To make Shikanji Masala, heat a pan.
- Now add cumin seeds and roast it on medium flame.
- After this, take out the cumin and keep it in a plate to cool down.
- After this grind cumin in a mixer and make powder.
- Now add black salt, cinnamon, green cardamom, fennel and black pepper to this cumin powder and grind again.
