Masala Sevai Recipe: Ingredients
- 2 cups – Sevai
- 1- Onion
- Potato
- 1-tomato
- 2- Green chilli
- 8-10 curry leaves
- 1/2 tsp- turmeric powder
- 1/2 tsp – cumin
- 1 tsp – red chilli powder
- Maggi Masala – 1 packet
- To taste – salt
- 2 spoons – of oil
- Green coriander to garnish

How to make this dish?
- To make masala Sevai, first, boil the potatoes, and after cooling, peel and mash them.
- After that finely chop the onion, tomato, and green chillies.
- Now take out Sevai on a plate, if it is big then break it into small pieces.
- After this, heat oil in a pan, when it becomes hot, take cumin seeds, curry leaves and lentils in it.
- When they crackle, add onions to them and brown them lightly.
- After that add tomatoes, green chillies and other spices and fry them well.
- When your masala is ready, add boiled potatoes to it and cook it well.
- After this add Sevai as well, and mix it well.
- Your Sevai is ready, now garnish it with green coriander.
