Mango Peda Recipe: The king of summer is everyone’s favorite mango. People like to eat it in different ways in summer. Some like its Mango Shake and some are crazy about Aam Panna. There are many mango recipes out of which we have brought one for you today.

Today we have brought for you the Mango Ped recipe which is prepared in minutes, which is very easy to make. Let’s make mango tree how? Let us tell you about it step by step.

Mango Peda Recipe: Ingredients

  • Mango Puree (3 to 4 cups)
  • Milk powder (3 to 4 cups)
  • Almonds (10 to 12)
  • Ghee (3 tbsp)
  • Sugar (1/4 cup)
  • Food color (a pinch)
  • Saffron (1 big pinch)
  • condensed milk (3 to 4 cups)
  • Cardamom powder (1 big pinch)
  • Pistachios (to garnish)
  • Nuts or Silver Panna (for garnishing)

Method

  • First of all, put a pan on the gas to heat it.
  • Now heat 1 spoon of desi ghee in it.
  • Mix condensed milk and milk powder in it by making light gas.
  • Cook both till it becomes thick.
  • After this take it out in a plate and keep it aside.
  • Again put the pan on the gas and add two spoons of ghee in it.
  • Add mango puree, saffron and cardamom powder to it and cook while stirring.
  • After thickening, add the milk mixture kept separately in the plate.
  • After mixing everything well, let it cook on low flame till it becomes thick.
  • Now take it out in a plate and make it in the form of a round ball while it is slightly hot.
  • Shape it like a tree and make it.
  • Pistachios, saffron threads and nuts or silver leaf can also be used to decorate.
  • In this way Mango Peda is ready, you can serve it even after cooling it by keeping it in the fridge.
