Maida 2 cups for dough, Oil 2 tbsp, Salt to taste, Moong dal 1/2 cup For stuffing (soaked for 2 hours), Green coriander 1 tbsp, Green chili 1, Coriander powder 1 tsp, Fennel powder 1 tsp, red chili powder 1/4 tsp
Pinch of asafoetida, Ginger powder 1/2 tsp, Salt 1/2 tsp, Garam masala 1/4 tsp, Cumin seeds 1/2 tsp, Roasted lentils 1 tbsp for garnishing, Mango chutney 1 cup cooked, Green chutney 1 tbsp, Mango 1 tbsp ripe, Mango finely chopped, Sev for garnishing.
Recipe
To make Mango Crispy Kachori, first of all, you have to take a bowl and then make a very smooth dough by adding flour, salt, oil and water as required. After this, cover the dough and keep it for at least 15-20 minutes.
After this, put the soaked moong dal in a grinder and grind it coarsely and then put this dal in a pan and fry it with all the spices. After this, make balls like dough from it and roll it round like puri and then stuffing moong dal in it and keep it in a plate.
After this, heat oil in a pan and then put the kachori in it and deep fry it till it becomes golden from both the sides. After this your Mango Crispy Kachori is ready. Now garnish it with sev and can serve to eat.
