Makhana Dosa Recipe: Ingredients
Makhana (1 cup roasted)
Fruit salt (1/2 tsp)
Thick sour curd (1/2 cup)
Rice flour (1/2 cup)
Semolina (1 cup)
salt (to taste)

- To make Makhana Dosa, first of all add Makhana, Rava (semolina), soaked rice, curd, 1 cup water and salt as per taste in a bowl, mix well and keep it for 10 to 12 minutes. Now grind this paste with 1/2 cup of water in a mixer and prepare it like a smooth solution.
- Now take out the batter in a bowl to make dosa. Add eno to it and mix. This batter will be full, now put it on a non stick hot griddle after greasing it with oil.
- After this, pour 2 spoons of batter on the griddle and spread it in a circular motion from one side and then flip it to the other side. In this way Makhana Dosa will be ready. Now you can serve Makhana Dosa with sambar and chutney.
